Sudden rise in Swell heights 7/28/2018

Hi there!
Today we had an active and energetic lady who paddled out and caught waves all on her own for three hours and it was only her second time surfing!

I’m impressed at how she managed to push through the sets and get to the point and spot her waves to ride all the way to the beach!

Last Saturday we had a freak typhoon that caused damage to our coast line.

Here’s a swell height data of that day.

You can see how the swell suddenly rose in the evening.

There seems to be another big one coming next weekend ~
